“We enjoyed our stay because we were able to see Ashley Wineland & her band play, with the convince of steps away from our room. The Black Whale was a fabulous place to have dinner just minutes away. ”

“Per trovare l'hotel, di notte, abbiamo dovuto perdere più di un'ora, in quanto l'uscita dall'autostrada indicata dal GPS era chiusa. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte ai distributori per trovare una via alternativa a quella indicata dal navigatore. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto. Di buona fattura, camera ampia, pulito, colazione decorosa.”

“Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...

“We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though ”

“When staying downtown Newport is prohibitive this property is a great and practical alternative with free parking. This property was beautifully renovated by Hyatt and it is really a hidden gem once you get there. It is 10 minutes away from the action by car, you have all the typical close suburbia retail options nearby too. The rooms are big, well appointed, great beds and linens, great bathrooms as well.
